- Payment information is entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

- To handle replacements, refunds, and customer support.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We won't send you marketing emails unless you sign up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services needed to run the store:
- Stripe processes payments (Stripe's privacy policy).
- Shipping carriers such as USPS or UPS receive your name and address to deliver your package.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and routes our email.
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting and payment providers may set essential cookies for security and to complete checkout.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for support, warranty issues, and tax and accounting requirements, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email support@flowstatedesignco.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Children
This site isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
