These terms apply when you use flowstatedesignco.com or buy from FlowState Design Co. ("we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders & pricing
- Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout, along with shipping costs and any applicable sales tax.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- We may cancel an order and fully refund it if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
Made-to-order products
Our parts are 3D printed to order. Small variations in color, surface texture, and visible layer lines are a normal part of the process and aren't considered defects. Photos are representative, and your part may differ slightly.
Shipping & returns
Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy. In short: all sales are final, except for wrong, damaged, or defective items.
Using our parts safely
Our parts are designed for convenience and everyday utility. They are not rated or intended for safety-critical, load-bearing, or life-support use, including securing people, vessels, cargo, or equipment where failure could cause injury or damage.
- Plastic parts can soften or deform under high heat, for example on a dashboard or in a closed vehicle in direct sun.
- Inspect parts regularly and stop using any part that is cracked, warped, or worn.
- Parts in contact with drinking water or food are not certified food-safe unless a product listing says otherwise.
- Install and use parts as described. Modifying a part is at your own risk.
Warranty
We guarantee your part will arrive as described and free of manufacturing defects, as outlined in our Shipping & Returns policy. Beyond that, and to the extent allowed by law, products are provided "as is," without other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FlowState Design Co. isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
Custom work
For custom or custom-fit parts, you're responsible for the accuracy of the measurements, photos, and specifications you provide. We own the designs we create unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Website content
The FlowState Design Co. name, logo, designs, photos, and text on this site are our property. Please don't copy or resell our designs without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
